Travel not included
Monthly advisory fees do not include travel expenses. If in-person sessions are requested or required, travel costs (transportation, lodging, and meals) are billed separately at cost. Most sessions are delivered virtually at no additional charge.

30 days notice to adjust
To pause, cancel, or move between tiers, give 30 days notice. That lets us wrap current workstreams thoughtfully rather than cutting things off mid-stride.
Move between tiers anytime
Start at Steady and move to Engaged when you are ready to accelerate. Step down when things feel sustainable. The tier fits your moment, not the other way around.
Billing and scheduling
Monthly invoice, payment due on receipt. Sessions are scheduled through a shared calendar and recurring time blocks we set at kickoff.
Custom tool builds
Tool builds are priced separately as bespoke projects. If a tool would be valuable for your organization, we scope and price it as an add-on within your existing partnership.
