I founded Puzzles & Profits to help mission-driven organizations put AI to work safely and strategically.
The name is intentional. The puzzle is the challenge every mission-driven organization faces: how to bring AI into your work without losing what makes you human. And profit? I chose that word deliberately, because it is not a dirty word when it means more time returned to your team, more capacity to serve your community, and greater mission impact.
I've scaled national marketing departments, helped nonprofits grow on near-zero budgets, and rebuilt entire tech stacks while keeping teams excited about change.
As a former chief marketing officer in the nonprofit space, I wrote the first AI usage policy for a major network and built its early staff training programs. I blend Fortune 500 strategy with grounded, practical nonprofit experience.
